Q: What if I find one of your products advertised cheaper on the web?

A:  Send us the link.  We'll match the price, give you free shipping (which we do on EVERY order) and throw in a little something extra for bringing it to our attention.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Ground shipping is FREE on ALL of our products anywhere in the 48 states of the continental U.S.

 

Q: Can I get a product shipped faster or overnighted?

A: Sorry, at this time we only ship via ground service.

 

Q: Can I get a product shipped outside of the continental US?

A: Although we value our clients in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and the rest of the world, we are unable to offer this service.  The best recommendation we can offer is to have it shipped to a friend or mailing service in the US who can then have it sent on to you.  Remember, we ship for free so you'll only pay to ship it from your contact to you.

 

Q: How do I return a product? 

A:  All of the information regarding returns is on the instructional DVD included with your product.  If you didn't get a DVD or you can't view it, please email us for return info.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

     

Q: I couldn't find a phone number on your website, how do I call you?

A: We will be setting up a customer service phone line in the very near future, but until then feel free to email us and we will try to get back to you promptly and answer your questions to your satisfaction.

 

Q: How do I get a receipt?

A: You should have had one emailed to you at the time you placed your order.  However, if you didn't get one, please email us and we will get one to you promptly.

Q: What about sales tax?

A: We only charge sales tax for items shipped to the State of Louisiana.
